Being one of the leader in Sweden Estrella has always offered and developed new snacks and tastes. In 2008 Kraft Foods sold Estrella and the company and brand are since then part of Estrella Maarud Holding AS.

Estrella is launching the new product range and concept Rings with the tastes Smooth School Sourcream & Onion, PocoLoco Cheese, Rockin' Rollin' Onion and a relaunch of Jordnötsringarna (Peanut rings) under namnet Original No Ho-Hum Peanut. The design concept and the illustrative packaging design is created by Jensen Pamp McCann (illustrator Serge Seidlitz).
